Thank you for choosing Uptown Bounce, when purchasing a ticket, you are deemed to have understood and accepted the terms and conditions as outlined below:

  1. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

  2. No refunds are given once booking has been made, we do however give credit but a 48 hour notice is to be given to qualify for this and is at the discretion of the manager. See REFUND POLICY.

  3. Bouncing on trampolines can result in injury. Using the Uptown Bounce facilities must be undertaken in accordance with the rules and conditions displayed on our website and throughout Uptown Bounce.

  4. Uptown Bounce hold no responsibility or liability for accidents and injuries caused by using the trampolines or air bag or other equipment at Uptown Bounce. The use of the trampolines and air bag is at your own risk as well as any damage to or loss of personal equipment.

  5. There is a weight limit of 110kgs on the trampolines.

  6. Please consider the safety of yourself and others at all times whilst at Uptown Bounce. No double bouncing.

  7. No one is allowed to use the Uptown Bounce facilities without regulation wristband, please return the wristbands at the end of your session..

  8. Please follow any instructions or directions from our Squad Members, they are here to ensure you make the most of your time at Uptown Bounce and keep you safe.

  9. Children under 12 must be actively supervised by a caregiver 14 or over. Actively supervised means: watching your child at all times. able to provide immediate assistance.

  10. All promotional offers are deemed for casual bounce sessions only. 10+ discounted bookings, Birthday packages are not included in promotional discounts.

  11. No food or drink is permitted on or near the Uptown Bounce trampolines, air bags or other equipment.

  12. Any customers judged to be intoxicated or under the influence by Uptown Bounce staff will not be allowed on the premises.

  13. Only Squad Members employed by Uptown Bounce are permitted to provide instruction or advice for safe bouncing.

  14. Please inform our Squad Members if you have any medical conditions that you may require assistance with.

  15. We do not recommend using the trampolines if you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant.

  16. When entering Uptown Bounce, you give Squad Members permission to use any photographs or videos taken of yourself or group for promotional use which includes social media, if you don’t wish to have photo’s or video’s used in this manner you must inform staff on arrival.

  17. Spectators must stay in the designated areas provided, if spectators want to bounce they must purchase a session.

  18. For Health and Safety reasons we do not allow self catering.

  19. Uptown Bounce safety socks must be worn at all times while in the Trampoline Arena, air bag or on other equipment.

  20. Toddler time is for those bouncers 110cm and under only.


a. These Booking Terms and Conditions apply to the booking of a session at Uptown Bounce.

b. These Booking Terms and Conditions contain important information regarding participation by you and the members of your party and accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that you shall ensure that all members of your party are aware of and accept these Booking Terms and Conditions.

c. No variation to these Booking Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed by Uptown Bounce.

d. Uptown Bounce reserves the right to make changes to the Activities for any reason.

e. Any person using the Uptown Bounce facilities who is under 18 years of age must have a waiver completed by a consenting adult.

f. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation to check-in at reception and receive the correct wristband and socks.

g. We cannot guarantee you or your guests will be able to complete your full jump time if you or any guest in your group is late.

h. In the unforeseen circumstance Uptown Bounce has encountered technical issues, your jumping start time may run later than the above confirmed start time.

i. Guests will not be permitted into Uptown Bounce if deemed intoxicated.

j. All cancellations are non-refundable.

k. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

l. Willful damage must not be caused by anyone attending Uptown Bounce, to the facilities, fixtures or fittings. If damage is caused by a member of a party booking, the hirer will be liable to pay for the rectification of any damage (including accidental) caused by anyone attending the party.

m. Uptown Bounce does not accept responsibility for the loss of property or theft arising from the use of facilities. Money or valuables should, therefore, not be left unattended. Valuables can be deposited in on-site locker facilities.

Payment Policy

a. Subject to any terms agreed by Uptown Bounce, our charges for all Activities shall be due in full at the time of booking.

b. Uptown Bounce reserves the right to change its prices at any time. As much notice as possible will be given should a change in price occur.

Annual and Monthly passes

  1. Pass must be purchased in store.

  2. $69 Monthly passes only available during school holidays.

  3. Bouncer name will be recorded as pass holder. Passes can not be shared or transferred - one pass per person.

  4. Name and photo must be provided.

  5. Bookings to be made via email or phone, pass number to be recited at time of booking.

  6. Subject to trampoline floor availability.

  7. Pass can only be used for casual sessions. 

  8. Does not include bounce safety socks - must be purchased when needed.

  9. Uptown Bounce has the right to terminate pass upon breach of T&C’s or Uptown Bounce Rules and Guidelines.

  10. We recommend no more than 2 consecutive hours for safety reasons.

Governing Law

These Booking Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand
